About Lauren and Her Journey

Salt & Soul Coaching was born from Lauren’s own journey of transformation, resilience, healing, and spiritual awakening. What began as a personal journey of finding her way back to herself became a calling to help others do the same.

From an early age, Lauren discovered connection through movement, training as a classical ballerina at the esteemed Boston Ballet School and performing as a soloist. Ballet taught her discipline, presence, strength, self-expression, and the beauty of grace in motion—lessons that continue to influence the way she approaches healing and transformation today.

Before fully stepping into her spiritual calling, Lauren built a career as a medical speech and language pathologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (Speech Therapy), with a minor in Psychology, and is ELNEC (End of Life Nursing Education Consortium) certified. Over the course of her career, she has worked with children, adults, the geriatric population, hospice patients, and individuals at the end of life. These experiences deeply shaped her understanding of connection, compassion, healing, and the human experience.

Today, Lauren is a psychic medium, Reiki practitioner, channeler, intuitive coach, and author. Through Reiki, guided meditation, workshops, intuitive readings, coaching, and spiritual guidance, she creates space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, recognize their own strength, and live more authentically and intentionally.

Lauren has also transformed her own spiritual awakening journey into her book, The Unbreakable Flame: The Awakening—a deeply personal story of discovering the strength, truth, and light that can emerge through life’s most transformative seasons.

Through Instagram @saltsoulcoaching, Lauren shares daily messages, inspiration, and spiritual guidance with a growing community of thousands around the world. Whether through a private session, workshop, meditation, Reiki experience, book, or message online, her intention remains the same:
