Your healing journey is uniquely yours. These personalized 1:1 sessions with Lauren (via Zoom or in person) are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate deeper self-love, and gain clarity and guidance as you navigate where you are and where you are going.
Each session is intuitively guided by what you need in the moment and may incorporate Lauren’s Self-Love Workbook, meditation, self-love practices, spiritual teachings, Reiki, intuitive guidance, loving messages from loved ones, and other healing practices.
Lauren creates a supportive and safe space to explore what may be keeping you stuck, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and begin releasing what no longer serves you. Sessions can evolve as you do—there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
Reiki + Intuitive Healing

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s energy system to encourage relaxation, balance, and a sense of energetic and emotional well-being.
Lauren’s Reiki sessions are more than a traditional Reiki experience. Each session is intuitively guided around what you may need most, allowing the experience to unfold naturally. Depending on your healing journey, Lauren may feel guided to channel messages, connect with past loved ones, or use affirmation cards to ensure you heal optimally in Lauren’s care.
This is your time to pause, receive, release, and reconnect with yourself.
Available in person or via Zoom.
Reiki services are available in the comfort of your own home for an additional fee.
Individualized Channeled Readings
Lauren’s individualized channeled readings are heart-centered, intuitive experiences designed to bring you clarity, healing, peace, and a deeper connection to yourself.
During your reading, Lauren connects with you at the soul level and allows messages to come through from Spirit, your higher self, and loved ones or souls who may have crossed over. Each reading is unique and intuitively guided by what comes through for you in that moment.
These readings are not about predicting every detail of your future. Instead, they are intended to help you gain insight into where you are now, understand the deeper meaning behind what you may be experiencing, and receive guidance as you move forward on your personal journey.
